Nevada LLC: Requirements of forming an LLC Nevada

Registering a corporation in Nevada is an easy task indeed. For starters, the Nevada LLC formation must be accompanied by articles of associations signed by two persons at least, who are involved in setting up the LLC. These articles and copies of the same are then submitted to the Corporations Division of Nevada Secretary of State for filing. Some certain information in the articles is mandatory under Nevada law.

The information to be included in the articles includes the business name,the selected should have at the end either ‘Limited-Liability Company’ Limited Company or Limited. Abbreviations like LTD, L.L.C, L.C, LLC or LC at the end of the name can as well work. The names you have chosen should be unique in that it is not shared by other Nevada LLC. Other requirements to be adhered to when selecting a name are available with the Nevada government or service agents.

Also to be included in the Nevada Corporation is the name and address of the resident agent. Names and addresses of each organizer involved in the signing of articles should be present. Managers details should also be availed.

After fulfilling all those requirements for a Nevada LLC, a certificate of the organization along with a confirmed copy to the LLC will be issued by the state government. Original articles of organization remain with the Secretary of State and other information like month, day and year of filing.
